I have been communicated wrong that it's 0 delivery charges

I cannot order through this app as it always shows service unavailable. But I know delivery is available at AA block of Newtown, Kolkata.I tried to include my co-operative’s name. I contacted several times with your executives but all in vain.

Pathetic customer services. Since 2 years requesting them to add my address for daily services. Not a single response from them regarding to this matter. Got hold of customer service person and he requested me to convince 4-5 people from my Appartment for this service in order to get my location register. I don’t think it’s our responsibility to convince people for the same. It is individual wish if they like to use bb daily or not. What if Zomato, swiggy or Amazon starts doing the same?

Fresh veg is not worth buying from them. Always I had unusable leafy vegetables. Pocketed dry goods quality is very good. Dairy products delivered are of good quality.

In this day and age of online their bill is archaic. The item itself is not displayed on bill layout. What you have is an amount and date. You ordered so you should know what you did.. and if you are smart enough keep hovering on the item to see what it was one by one.....put it in plain text simple layout....no we are from Silicon Valley....we are like this only Next are sms...each item you order we text and inform you. What if the MIL has ordered on your behalf?. But each item we don’t deliver....we keep our eyes and ear shut...no text...no nothing.....look in the bill.....we are big basket yojna...look around you will find we refunded...ah no? Why didn’t you call....surely we would give it to you if you asked After all this complexity...you decide ...we have clamped down....they are into constant deals...if they can’t supply...sorry...the company didn’t give big margin so we didn’t offtake I’m taking my business to my reliable and consistent supplier Thank you.....enough is enough

Gross misselling The don’t deliver and keep Taking money off for the free products they promise as well
