I have been monitoring my account all year and making sure I would NOT review the membership. The booking section always said I had nothing renewing. I get so many emails for promotions and upcoming events but never EVER received a warning of an upcoming renewal. I just got charged full membership renewal on a card I previously used.
If you’re looking for motivation and support to get healthy, you found it here. Briana, and the many incredible women in her community, provide daily support, motivation, ideas and help for women of all shapes, sizes, and seasons of life. Briana is completely relatable, a great example of strength and perseverance. She takes the time daily to respond to comments, questions, and the like. The app is easy to use, simple to navigate, and entirely worth it. Love it!
I’ve been following Briana since 3.0. Workouts are not hard to follow, and you can replace harder moves with lower impact one. They are short and effective. Sometimes the workouts will leave me completely out of breathe. Only thing I wish I could change is playing music while app is open would be awesome.
I have followed BBM off and on for 7 years. I have trouble sticking to any sort of workout plan, but I have far and away had the best luck with this program. Now that there’s an app, there’s even more options and flexibility. I love how positive she is, and her genuine attitude. I started another challenge today and I’m planning to incorporate the nutrition portion into it now.
As a busy mom, I was looking for an easy-to-follow, low-impact weight lifting program to get my health back on track in a sustainable manner that I could keep up with. I was feeling weak and tired all the time running myself ragged going to all my kid’s activities and working full time. Briana has created programs that are relatable to all moms and that are not so time consuming that you feel like it’s another burden to your day, which is HUGE! I started with the LIFT Beginner program and FELL IN LOVE! 😍 I now WANT to workout (even if it’s just stretching!!) daily because of how great it’s made me feel. I am now in the first week of LIFT Intermediate and can tell how much stronger I am from when I started the beginner program. I’ve had to invest in heavier weights and have so much more energy now, which is so exciting! I can’t wait to try the new Yoga series next! Just give it a try for one program, or even just one month for the $15, and you’ll see how easy Briana makes it to be the healthiest, strongest version of yourself!! 🩷 Oh, and she’ll make you laugh with all the real-life bloopers you see along the way 😂
If you are beginning your health or weight loss journey, this is the place to start. Briana breaks everything down and helps you understand the reasoning behind weight loss, hormone health, and is completely relatable when teaching workouts. The app is user friendly, and there are so many different workouts to try! Not to mention plenty of recipes for delicious meals, and live weekly check-in events. If you’ve ever been overwhelmed with where to begin, stop looking, because this is the place!
I started BBM about a year ago. What I love about Briana’s program is that she is relatable. She has programs she has recorded while being overweight and you can see her progress over the course of several years. She does a great job encouraging us and feels the struggle the same way we do. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I haven’t found a lot of recipes that she posts that I love. But that’s more of a personal preference.

I have been following Briana for years! I started my health and fitness journey with her in 2015 and lost 80lbs in the first year! Keeping up with everything I’ve learned from her I’ve kept it off and lost a bit more over the years. The app is amazing and easy to use. It has everything from workouts to recipes, and even lives where she answers questions you may have. Briana has also built a community full of amazing, kind, and supportive women. Your vibe attracts your tribe.
