no.1 bank here in the philippine but online banking system is just like top 1 from the bottom.

The latest update says that we can change debit card limit here . But where is it ?

Pls do something with your app, it’s only loading and does not let me sign in. Our internet speed is super fast but your app says “something’s wrong, need to check your internet connection” — nonsense. So please update the app asap.

Good day! Can you please assist me with my BDO online app. I just recently switched app and I’ve been waiting for mins for my BDO online app to load even though I have a stable internet connection.

This app is just annoying, makes us change passwords before we could use it again it should be an option and not mandatory, and that’s on top of some features that are not working. BDO always finds ways to annoy it’s client!
