For a bank worth billions not invest on its website and application is beyond me. App and website pretty much useless.

Supper hassle, super slow, the online transfers are super lag. OTPs aren't on time. Please improve your services.

worst of all mobile banking app 👎 perhaps, worst philippine bank pa nga. Very slow, always under maintenance, customer service is not very helpful as well. As an OFW, this bank is not recommended. Sobrang hassle gamitin especially on receiving OTPs, you will just receive a text message forcthe OTP but then you have to reply “SEND MONEY” to receive OTP. If you are living outside the country, for some reasons, di nagsesend yung reply na “SEND MONEY” to receive OTP. Then customer service is not very helpful at all. Kung sana pwedeng makareceive ng OTP via email mas maigi pa sana.

It doesn’t work.

Too many glitch especially when you use overseas (OFW) not helpful, keeps on showing "too many log in attempts/wrong password" even if you only log in for first attempt. Customer sevice (Email) very seldom or not replying at all.

As an OFW, I used Kabayan Savings acct to transfer my money, to convert it to PH peso. Pros: This BDO app is easy to use and navigate. Cons: The security features is not that strong, the format of the app is nothing fancy and exciting. It’s difficult to enroll acounts. You cannot use multiple phone devices if you wish, you need to delete the old one and enroll the new one. Most of the time it’s slow and system is down.

Complete rubbish! Full of error. If only I have a choice, I won’t use your app.

Crashes all the time. As an OFW, how can we manage our banking when it crashes all the time? App is not as convenient as those with other countries at all. Ph is really left behind.

Just like their banking services, app is awful. You enroll for it for convenience but you have to go to an atm machine to activate something in the app, and most of the time atm and the app is offline. No wonder reviews here speaks for itself in terms of how the app is working. Trying to add a device, received a text to add device but no otp received. Tried several times to no avail. What a waste of time. Developers of this app are incompetent and useless.
