Their helpers charge more than the worked time and do horrible services. The worst part is you pay on their app and they will follow up with you on non payment claiming that the amount was not credited to their account.

A few things that could improve- 1. please call before rescheduling; a number of times i have seen this happening without my consent. 2. Your staff has a direct oversight of how they are being rated. There have been a number of instances where i have given them a 4 rating, but they have called me back to change it to 5 because they will be penalised. 3. They shouldn’t have direct access to a customer number unless the customer chooses to give their contact details.

They are offering reasonably good service. Application features can be better . Their long term subscription model is not matured yet . Application can not block one month of work requests with a single partner . User has to book the partner for individual days
