Their service started with a bang and it definitely was a good business plan however over the last few months I have noticed their service quality has declined. They don’t have enough partners and never available when needed. The core concept of this business is no longer sustained. I have also noticed they are not taking the feedback seriously. Hope they get serious about customer satisfaction if not it’s not a good sign.
Why is min booking slot duration increased from 30min to 2hrs ? It doesn't make sense. No point in using this app anymore
The worker who gets assigned will work deliberately slow to increase over work time in order to charge more to customer . And then they Call up when you give low rating. Why a worker is given customer direct contact ?
Not able to substitute my daily maid
Very worst app, their charges are very high. Helpers are very rude and not does the job neatly, they don’t complete the work properly and leave the place saying that 1 hours completion doing a slow work. Don’t hire from these people its a cheating company.
Their helpers charge more than the worked time and do horrible services. The worst part is you pay on their app and they will follow up with you on non payment claiming that the amount was not credited to their account.
A few things that could improve- 1. please call before rescheduling; a number of times i have seen this happening without my consent. 2. Your staff has a direct oversight of how they are being rated. There have been a number of instances where i have given them a 4 rating, but they have called me back to change it to 5 because they will be penalised. 3. They shouldn’t have direct access to a customer number unless the customer chooses to give their contact details.
