Doesn’t always disarm from my iPhone!

Change de Propriétaire rien fonctionne avant j’avais du Wifi 500 et ça marchait et depuis quelques mois j’ai du 3,500 Wifi et ça ne marche plus.

Cannot force the app to stop running ‘smart arming’ and its causing issues, setting off alarms, not disarming but cant be disabled.

Doesn’t work half the time and especially just when you really need it.

The connection since I moved to IPhone has been horrid, it cannot display the camera feed 75%of the time and the other 25% it works flawlessly. I am not happy with the app I pay bell for

Horrible been having more issues with connection then I did with my own Arlo camera ever.

One camera stopped recording and the app keeps crashing. I spend so much money on this system!!

The app may be good but it's not when the person who set it up doesn't explain anything to you. You end up going over the monthly amount and you have no way to change it because it's not user friendly. The guy installed it and didn't care what I asked. It should be the companies obligation to explain the site to you . I didn't ask because I didn't know there would be a reason. I still can't figure it out it says u need to do through website I don't know what the website is . I am not happy about it at all. I have been a bell customer and had the security system since 2015 in this home and longer in my previous and the level of customer service has declined . It's sad when u pay for a product and no one explains to you. They come in and don't want to set anything up don't want to explain things so regardless of the site bent good or bad I can't figure it out . Thanks Bell you got me for a 3 year contract and you don't care about me you care about money.

I have had more trouble with this system since I put it in 2 months ago. I have had the Tech repair at my place numerous times. First it wasn't recording and then it was the software not working. I now have been notified that I have used 80% of mytime. It quit recording. Why would I want the last 2 months of old clips when I cannot get the new ones. This is for my protection. We can send a person to the moon but cannot put parameters in an alarm software. You just charged me $400.00 for an additional camera and it has only worked for the last week. The techs' are great but do lack some education in how this system is supposed to work. I am really disappointed in your product and if I have to call the tech's back I will be cancelling my contract. I can get a video camera at Best Buy much cheaper. Jean L Jack
