Trippy as thought

I love the app, but there is one thing that gets under my skin about it. There is an option to turn every light on, but not off. Devs, if there is anyway y’all could think about implementing such feature? I know it’s not an big deal what so ever, it would just be an nice quality of life thing.

I rate it a full 5 stars ! I’ve had one bulb on majority of the time on dim and high or colors for 5 years ! I love the app because I can control my wall other smart plugs that control other lights etc ! I

When we had to upgrade our internet, only one of our bulbs was able to connect. The other 2 and door bell/cann m era couldn’t connect. We removed them and tried reinstalling, but nothing worked.

Setting up the lightbulb can be quite difficult but once you do it’s amazing had this lightbulb for years and it amazing

The support bot is useless doesn’t understand anything just asks you to rephrase everything. Can’t even understand “speak to an agent. Useless app and product from a company that lacks all sense of quality and craftsmanship. Spend the money and get a better product. Don’t be cheap like me

The app always ask for a firmware update “(main module: -bug fixes)” when I go to change a color or brightness and when I try an update it, it’ll say update timeout.

The box said it was compatibable with siri but there is nowhere for me to do that, very upset about it! The whole reason i bought the thing was for siri

cant get the schedule to actually power on or off the led strip lights. notification says it runs but lights do nothing

I bought Globe smart bulbs because the people who work there are so nice. Super nice. Even for Canada. The bulbs, however, were manufactured by the Devil himself. They constantly forget the network they are connected to, so I have to go through the whole setup process again. And the setup never ever works the first time, so I’ll always have to go back and connect to the bulb’s hotspot directly. Then I have to make my bulb groups all over again, and I guarantee I’ll forget how to do it next time, just as I did the last three times, because the app isn’t intuitive. DARN YOU NICE PEOPLE!
