Website and app are blocked in lebanon although you are promoting bwarabia Update response: team betway, how can i open a ticket if im telling you the website is geo blocked in my country and there no way to sign in using proxies? Please test on ur side and figure a solution out
They took all my money . I tried all method of withdraw and every time they failed w no one could help me so every time they gave me excuse w tell me that your ammount was gone don’t try it

After being a real loyal customer on your website for more than 2 years .. things in my country wasn’t so well in the last couple of months (economic situation) and almost all banks in my country trying to steel our money people’s money ... they stopped every account who plays bets or lottery or any other transfer payments outside lebanon ! And from november they stopped all the cards and i can’t play on betway anymore ! After i tried to contact them several times and contact you to solve the problem till now after 6 months the problem isn’t solved and wont be solved lol ! You should have plan b for your loyal customers if any crisis happened in their country or if they faced any problem with their banks !!! As an international and professional company betway you should protect your clients and their accounts and help them stay your clients and never loose them ! Im sure you lost alot since october 2019 due to the economical situation in lebanon i think all accounts have stopped and you lost alot ! You should find a way to gain again these clients and let them play and place bets again in your app !!! Hopefully my account wont be stopped due to this situation (since i didn’t placed any bet since november 2019 AND UNFORTUNATELY NOT DUE TO MY DECISION ) thanks in advance looking forwars to hear from you !
It clearly thats its not written in native IOS and thats makes it really ugly and slow But functionality side its nice good UI/UX but please go native guys
