I have been trying to cancel prescription for the past while. You have to log in to website to cancel (it is not as easy to cancel subscription from the App Store) and to log in, which doesn’t recognise my email or log in, even when you try to change password. Also I had been emailing back and forth with companies support, for which the keep looking for more information such as last digits of the card used and screenshots of payment deducted. I had never had an app that it would be that difficult to cancel subscription, to me it is all red flags and certainly would not recommend it to anyone!!

I decided to pay for the week to see if it would be useful to me, you don’t get any view of what workouts could be like, and my “vegetarian” meal plan included numerous meat related meals.

Really good choice of healy meals that are easy to make. Dose not feel like a diet and have lots of energy

Easy to navigate this super app. Excellent easy to follow recipes tailored just for you with exercise and wellness tips. Also comes with your very own personalised Beyond body book. Highly recommend.

The meals are delicious and very helpful on my health journey. One thing I would like to bring to your attention. As I do not have the physics book yet, only getting the recipes on the same day you are meant to be eat them has meant I have to go to the supermarket on a daily basis, which, for me, is a round trip journey of 30 kilometres. Every day which amounts to 210 kms a week and throw in the fuel it takes to do that is pricey. I do realize that it won’t be an issue once the book arrives which could be another three weeks for me as I am not based in the US and it has to come through customs which takes weeks. Other than this, I have really been enjoying the whole program. Just wanted to bring this to your attention as I’m sure I am not the inly person who finds themselves in this situation

I am amazingly surprised how well this is working. The meals looked delicious but minimal. Most days I’m too full to finish them. The fasting clock is a wonderful way to stop my brain from cheating an hour here or there.

Open the app so four I’ve only just begun, but it’s easy. The meals are easy and I feel very full after eating.

The meals are absolutely ludicrous and call for a huge variety of expensive ingredients like cashews and salmon. Doesn’t actually give any fitness advice. Makes you pay to even access this content. Complete scam!

Please make the food list where we can adjust if maybe we don’t have an ingredient, we could delete it off the recipe for that day and it would adjust calories accordingly. I made something requiring frozen peas, but didn’t have any, so I know I didn’t consume the full calorie count. I LOVE how many recipes there are, but I would also like the option to be able to adjust the time spent in the kitchen. The weekends I do have some more time, but after I put in my initial time of up to 30 minutes when creating my account, now I can’t adjust that to pick some different recipes when I have more time to cook. I do agree that when traveling or not cooking for myself, it would be VERY helpful to add what we actually ate so we can have an even better journey. Thank you for this though, I am seeing great results post-op (had surgery and couldn’t do much for myself for 2 months) in just 3 days.
