Worst support chat so far
As you can see in the title it’s worst support chart I have ever used. Its always a restarting, reloading, reconnecting, loosing body of message. Hard to solve out all requests you need. Kills my nerves hard

Reasonable rates. Delivery on time. They even return small sum of 1-2 rs during cash on delivery. I complained about stale fish that I ordered once, they gave me refund without me asking. Their service is unmatched so far. Thank you big basket. I wish you more success. Customer for life here now.

This is one of the worst app in this time. They have confirmed the order and delivery slot suddenly cancelled it. And this is happen 3rd time with me. Dont trust this app now

When you keep something operational all day. Keep the support necessary for operations also available. Also, stop the fake promises for promt delivery.
Worst grocery platform till now
Took the order for the given time slot they had decided but still they unable to deliver the order Where they informed me about vehicle breakdown at the last moment. This was my second time experiencing this pathetic experience from big basket. Before one more time they had done this but i was ok no problem but repeatedly it was not acceptable at all. Shame on you big basket.
