Worst support chat so far
As you can see in the title it’s worst support chart I have ever used. Its always a restarting, reloading, reconnecting, loosing body of message. Hard to solve out all requests you need. Kills my nerves hard

On line delivery
Very quick delivery & gud product.
Bad for frozen items
They will place frozen items is the same bag with all other items. No cool storage or anything. So if you order ice cream cone they will pack it in the same bag with say vegetables. Then the order will wait 10 minutes to be picked up. Then the delivery guy will take another 15 minuted to deliver it. By the time you get it the ice cream cone has turned into syrup, inedible. This is exactly what happened when I ordered last time. If you cannot deliver frozen items then please don’t sell them. Other services keep them in a freezer bag. Some of them also deliver it with disposable frozen ice packs so it can stay in the bag for some time before you need to unpack. I have reported this a few times in delivery feedback but they don’t seem to care. Nothing changes in their delivery experience. Super disappointing.

Lured me into installing the app when I searched for frozen edamame seeds. Upon installing, the product was nowhere on their website!!
Cash option
Good response from online assistance. Just that they need a cash on delivery option
Tata Brand
Quite efficient prompt & honest business house. Right on line, in parity with Tata business module.
Last order was Rã 1640.
Delivered bread has expired date. You must read the date prior to delivering. Also have longer date. Because of this I rate two stars.
