I absolutely hate this app so much. Nothing works like it should. It’s very glitchy and hard to use. I keep trying to pair a device and it immediately disconnects after it’s done pairing. So I tried the support chat function and that doesn’t work correctly either. Neither of my kids’ watches are counting steps, which is why they wanted the watches, so this has just been a waste of money.

Super disappointed, when we first bought our watch it was amazing. My son could finally mange his own medication schedule. After the last update it messed everything up, it won’t let me log in, which resets everything on the watch. It isn’t even the right time. It so sad because it is a great design but the app is failing. So frustrated. The watch is currently useless.

This app was decent when I first started using it with my kid’s watch. Now it has logged me out and the Login button just remains grayed out and unclickable no matter what I do, even though I have entered the correct password. I tried to reset the password and that didn’t work either, and same for creating a new account. So many features of the watch are now useless! Would definitely return it if I could!

After a long day of walking I look at the app and it doesn’t show me my steps and on the Wach shows my steps

I wish there were more games

I have two kids, two watches. It won’t sync either watch

These things need a constant update and every single time the phones charge you have to update them.

Ok so when I made my account I went to this training thing it said I could run walk hike or bike si I pressed walk ten minutes later I paused the thing cause I was done but it didn't let the timer go away and now m y watch is stuck like please fix the problem or I will be MAD🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The app must connect to the watch to work. At times it says it is incorrect time and then it doesn’t track the steps. Complete waste of money! I would not recommend.

Hi so I have te newest version of BIGGERFIVE and it was included with an app so I downloaded the app of course but I noticed how it kept logging me out and it was very annoying how I had to keep logging in 4-5 times a month you know? And my exercise record sleeping record NEVER RECORDED even though I exercise multiple times with the watch I just dislike for the most🤨
