My opinion
I think you should have more than only four screens to pick out of. And that you can get text messages. Also that it doesn’t take forever to sync on the app. Overall it is an amazing thing and I really do enjoy it

Horrible User Experience
Constantly says network not available … horrible app. Bracelet for my son is OK but the app is garbage.
Sync
It is kind of good BUT it keeps making you sync your watch to your device. Pls change that.

i’m super annoyed- my daughters watches keep disconnecting and i can’t even make a log in

The heart rate counter did not work. Also the steps were not accurate. Sad purchase.
The app sucks and doesn’t even work
We had the app working with my daughters watch for a few days but then it’s stopped and it hasn’t worked since. I wish I did more research and got something better for my daughter
Doesn’t sync to cloud well
In a two parent home, I want to see my child’s stats synchronized to the cloud from my phone or the other parents phone. Doesn’t sync.

I tried to log back into my acc but it kept saying account does not exist dont recommend absolutely horrible

Have not see such a horrible app. Nothing works, period.
Can’t login with the app
I’ve created an account on your website but every time I try to login on the app I get a ‘Network not available’ error so I have no way to track my kids.
