Annoying pop up to give a rating
Here you go. You get 1 Star because every second action is asking me to rate the app and it’s killing my productivity. Be less annoying.

I’ve been using some of the bigger CRM competitors, but for my startup, all I really needed was a simple, straightforward CRM—and Bigin delivers perfectly! After extensive research, everything pointed me toward Bigin, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. What stands out is just how easy and intuitive it is to use. I don’t need all the complicated marketing features that bigger CRMs offer. Bigin focuses on what truly matters, making it ideal for startups like mine. It’s surprisingly powerful yet simple, and it’s exactly what I was looking for to manage my contacts and streamline my business processes. If you’re looking for a CRM that works without overwhelming you, I highly recommend Bigin. Five stars! 🌟
I like it better than other CRMs I’ve tried.
This fits my needs better the other CRMs I have tried, I like the awesome phone option too, simplifies my life and saves me time.
Very Easy to Use
Bigin is supper easy to use! I have never used a CRM but my new job asked me to test it out! For someone that has never used a software like this it was very easy to use, set up and very functional. It is not overly complicated and very clean software. You have lots of customizable options, yet it has enough functionality to execute all the essential functions of a CRM for any small or medium size business. It is easy to setup, so you can quickly start to use it and it soon help you get your sales process organized. Pricing per user is very appealing and you’re not feeling like you’re purchasing a software at a heavy price point. excellent value for the price you pay for it, highly recommended!

Great options and great for small organizations just getting started that needs a CRM.
Simple and effective
Started using it, haven't fully mastered it yet, but I can see that it's a very useful program for a handyman. Tried other CRMs, but this one is the most convenient so far.
Good For Many Things
Works well, creates pipelines and helps organize my contacts. One feature that bothers me is that ANY email becomes a customer and is pushed across the entire Zoho ecosystem.
