I’d give it a one but no one takes them serious so two I guess This service is just the worst They take days to finalize the payment in hopes they can rope you into paying for your check early then there system is trash too constant problems

It’s unbelievable that a financial app will show an incorrect invoice, different from what I sent the client using your own platform. If this weren’t what my client uses to send me payments, I wouldn’t touch this platform with a 10 foot pole. I don’t appreciate having to go through a silly SMS dance repeatedly despite enabling the “don’t ask me again for 6 months” option. Much, much better 2-factor authentication options exist that don’t require me to mess around with text messages that aren’t very secure in the first place.

I signed up for this thing just because the company I work for is not in the same town I live in. So to get paid, they signed up for this thing. It took them a week to pay me even though they put the money in there that company got it and they still wouldn’t release it after seven days then they release it to my bank and I was calling to see what was the holdup and I finally spoke with somebody because there is no 800 number to call and speak to somebody. It’s all virtual then you asked to speak to somebody then they call you back. The guy on the other end which was rude was like you’re desperate to get paid. I was like yeah 30k that you’ve been holding onto. Yeah I am. Don’t do it. I quit as soon as I got this money.

These apps (desktop or mobile) are both practically useless and is one of the worst apps I have used. I work for a small company with 12 employees. A full one third of those experienced major issues with something as simple as account creation. Also, submissions take forever to process. I’ve had things take 24 hours. Unacceptable! And the steps involved for things that should be easy are anything but intuitive and literally took hours to set up (multiple people experienced the same thing I did). Understand I work in a tech heavy field and am no stranger to difficult technical problems. If this hindered me and other power users it does not bode well for those less technically inclined. When 33% of people have the same problem, it certainly does speak to some serious design flaws. Save yourself a headache or ten and look elsewhere for billing software.

The app took 32 dollars from my money. They scammed me and took my money with no reason and without any service. Get away from this app because it’s a scam. They will always scam you and take your money. The worst ever used.

Never ending cycle of clicking add bank account and verifying account email verification and logging in. Never let’s me see an option to enter my info. Just a never ending cycle of logging in after already being logged in. Zero way to contact customer support at all for any help. This is a complete joke. How does this app have an customers? What legitimate company would use this worthless garbage company. I’m already logged in 100 times, I’ve verifier by email 100 times and it still won’t even let my add bank info to collect payment. F this company

Using literally the same credentials from my browser and it's saying it's not recognized even after pw reset...

Searching for accounts works BUT YOU CANNOT CLICK ON THE ACCOUNT! I had to back out of search and scroll through 500 accounts every time I want to manually enter a bill on my phone. This app is lacking a huge amount of functionality from the website and it’s functionally broken. Looking at a new solution for our business

If I could give a negative star I would. I'm unsure if there is just no compatibility with IOS or the software itself is bugged. Either way this app has no functionality what so ever. The app actually does a better job as a directory to the URL witch is equally disappointing. I cannot simply add my bank to my account without being placed in a continuous loop between App and website. This bug defeats the entire purpose of downloading from the app store and for this reason I recommend nobody waste their data or storage on this disappointment.
