A client has asked for me to use Bill, account set up nice and easy online….app won’t load or log in, trash app
If your app doesn’t work outside of the US, don’t make it available outside of the US!
App does not work for UK sign in. Web interface is garbage on mobiles. Manual invoicing it is then!
If you use bill.com outside the US note that the app doesn't work with non - US accounts (despite their non UK mobile pages directing you to use the app).
I carefully set the password up on the web where it works fine but the app will never ever accept a password, I can reset it as much as I like but it never works, also customer support is horrifically bad, it has zero concept of serving people outside the US.
Using my correct login details, I have never been able to log in successfully. After I enter the PW I get a massage saying something isn’t quite right.
Recently changed my password and I tried to re-log in and it says “Something’s not quite right”
I strongly recommend avoiding this app until the company improves its back-end and customer service. A client offered to pay me through Bill.com, and I signed up to receive the payment. Next time I tried to log in, two-factor authentication was required, but the text codes were not sending to my phone. I tried several troubleshooting solutions, none of which worked. Customer service took days to respond, and when they did, they suggested my carrier was blocking the texts as spam, and gave me a list of ID options to verify my identity. My only choice would have been to send my passport and bank statement scans - all for a new account. It seems as if sending two-factor authentication codes that can reach the user should be the site’s responsibility. That their recourse was accumulating sensitive ID was concerning. After a week of waiting in vain for Bill.com to come to a common-sense solution, I cancelled the payment from the client and requested it through another channel.
