It’s a money grab scam. After level 15 you pretty much get stuck on purpose, it doesn’t matter if you try to redownload or reboot.

It started out amazing, but this guy in a blue suit pops up telling me to collect my prize. I click where the curser is telling me to and it won’t accept my click. I’ve tried clicking all over the screen and checking the app support. Nothing helps and I cannot continue playing because he is in the way. I can’t do anything without accepting this prize that won’t let me accept it. Please help!

Softlocked With a Gambling addiction

I got addicted to the smooth gameplay of this beautiful app. The gameplay soothes your brain like a cig after a night out. Than abruptly i got soft locked after 2 hours of straight GRINDING and the stupid old man keeps telling me to open my gift and I cant get passed that screen.
