Pros: 1. Graphics. The graphics of slot machines are awesome. Also the card games, roulette, etc. 2. Socialising. There are only 2 casino applications that offer clubs I think, one is big fish casino and the other billionaire/huuuge casino. Billionaire/huuuge casino is better in terms of the medium for which people socialise. 3. Club Events and League Points. What makes the application more exciting is the race to grind league points and compete with other clubs in your tier to climb up the next league. Club events also somehow help players recover from huge amount of losses. One thing though, club events should have been kept before the update. Events now are almost impossible to finish unless you want to get bankrupt and lose billions. Consider reverting completion of club events by the chips won and not by league points. Several clubs specially in the master league got disbanded because of this. Include card games in club events again. Also, the rewards before were better as prizes would include gold lottery tickets and diamonds aside from the chips. Cons: 1. Very poor winning odds. We are the players, we have been playing the game for more than 1 year and we know that there have been humongous amount of changes in slot machines directed to the winning rate. Stop saying and claiming that your slot machines are calibrated like those of real casinos as they are not! Some of your machines would not even give a huuuge win after 1,000 spins! 2. Recovery. There’s very little chance to recover for an account that has reached level 300. Why not give away mystery box reward at increments of 5 levels too and just give out silver tickets? For the lottery, REMOVE that 5 minute lobby bonus when a gold ticket is used! As for club rewards after each season, make it higher, like 10x higher so players will have the chance to recover! Imagine, players will lose at least 100 billion in one season, and the highest reward is just 1 billion? That’s pathetic. And the 1 billion reward goes to the ranked 1 club of the highest league wherein players would have lost a Trillion just to get 1 billion reward. 3. Very poor customer service and management. They simply don’t listen!

Pretty poor odds. My experience has been coin purchase after coin purchase. Lucky if I get 15 minutes of play. Coin package priced are fairly reasonable, but the odds of winning something make it just not worth it - I do not want to keep pulling out my credit card. I want value and some fun. In my opinion, it's not here. Thanks.

Game Freezes in the Lobby when gift box is tossed up. The game is still freezing in the Lobby Section when the guy tosses the gift box up in the air and it does not come back down! I have not recieved any email as of yet…
