Ideas for improvement
Great app, very illustrative, but lacks sleep tracking, which is crucial when it comes to bipolar issues. It has the graph “sleep disturbances” but I‘d add a tracker of the amount of sleep. What’s more, there’s a graph “loss of appetite”, but please add sth like“binge eating”, which is also a very common depression symptom. Adding graphs like “alcohol”and “illness” might also be an advantage to all the other tracking apps. Thank you anyway :)
