Bird Buddy: Vive la naturaleza

If you bought an expensive bird buddy and were hoping to view your videos from your bird feeder, give up now. It’s only possible to view videos from other bird buddy’s that belong to strangers around the world. Also, not iPad compatible.

If you are a bird lover this app is for you! I can watch my birds at work or any time!

This makes me so happy. Do keep in mind that if you don’t have great internet (I don’t) it doesn’t catch every bird and you can’t always live stream. But when it does…. It’s awesome 💕

I have enjoyed the bird buddy so much and I had no idea how many varieties of birds are around my home! 100% recommend everyone get one!

Not so user friendly when setting up your account and/or sharing access with your spouse, but once you maneuver your way through that, there are beautiful results!

Very cool to look at a live stream and see then it’s so cool

Live stream literally stopped working right after I downloaded the software update. It was working flawlessly before. I’ve tried reconnecting my device and network 3x to no avail. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Love the app and feeder. Only suggestion is to support landscape on the iPad. When viewing on the iPad it would be nice to utilize the keyboard/stand with the app instead of forcing it portrait.

The app is great as is the birdhouse. The one piece of advice that I would give to the developers is to move the location of the X for deleting a postcard further away from the menu. It is incredibly easy to bump the X and accidentally delete a postcard. If it isn’t possible to move this further away, then please give an additional way to retrieve deleted postcards. The undo button disappears very quickly. For those of us who are not quite as quick with a screen, we can easily lose postcards. I lost an amazing one for a new species and I am so sad about it. I have not yet seen the bird or species again. This will also help make the app friendlier for senior citizens and for people with disabilities. It will also help prevent children accidentally deleting postcards. We want to-aren’t an and grandparents to be able to share the joy and learning of this hobby.

Received this for my birthday and love it so much! Look forward each day to seeing what feathered friends will visit!!
