Spent 15 minutes setting up and desperately trying to get to work. Something that is supposed to help You get somewhere faster will end up making you later than ever! Gave up, and just accepted we where going to be even later as we had to all to our destination. AVOID!!

Super painful to use. Used it last year. Then this year I have to add driving license etc. takes way too long. Lost the scooter I was waiting to use. Walked far to get another. Then spent the whole journey with it blaring out some random Italian phrase at full blast. Bloody annoying. Then tried to use again the next day. It was exhausting to try and get a scooter to work. Gave up and was then late for my connecting water bus. The lesson, it will be faster to walk to your destination than try to get the app to scooter to work.

Impossible to rent. Was here for the sale. GP event was unable to move the scooters are pointless

I am a dual Italian citizen, don’t live in Italy but visit regularly. I’ve used many other public ride systems. I’ve never found it so difficult to open an account. There is no clear description of what the requirements are (maybe buried in endless small print?) and the setup repeatedly fails with obtuse reasons. I cannot evaluate the rest of the system as account setup never completes, extremely frustrating…

Took ages to set up an account and despite being advertised as €6.99 an hour was charged €20 for 61 minutes in Florence - avoid!

Jumped on a slow/faulty scooter. My partners scooter was fast and mine wasn’t. Tried to find a button. To alert faulty scooter and swap for different one- there isn’t. Had to pay €2+ time spent on partner scooter to swap. The second scooter was also faulty so has to swap back on to first scooter- another €2. Now spent at least $6 on swapping FAULTY scooters and there is no refund button. Ridiculous. A short ride equates to €10.50. Easy to sign up initially and quick to authorise driving license but would not recommend.

Was really excited to use these on our holiday but wasted so much time trying to get it set up to finally realise it won’t accept any UK documentation

You have to jump through so many hoops to get started. I gave up and downloaded Dott instead which takes seconds to get started on.

A real shame that their customer service let them down big time. Scooters were great but they wouldn’t give me my money back for unused money in my wallet
