Bits of Stock

Can't cash out. Looks like they took our earnings and ran. Wasted our time setting up our accounts etc to get nothing out of it. I had $12 accumulated and it's stuck in limbo inaccessible perhaps indefinitely.

I just installed the app and got set up, however, it says automatic stock back is still “coming soon”. This was the primary reason I downloaded the app. There is no area, that I have found, to link my credit cards and/or bank accounts. I see other reviews talking about the ability to do this so not sure if I’m missing something or not. I’ll update if I’m able to get it all working. Otherwise there is definitely potential. Update: September 17th I made my first purchase. I’m still waiting on the stock back to post. I know it says it can take up to 75 days to show, but when other apps can have their bits post in under two weeks, makes me wonder if this was just too good to be true. Also, it says I’m ranked #1 to get access to the brokerage account which opens up auto stock back. Been that way for about two+ weeks and still waiting. Update:2 After using Buts for a while now I have to say they’ve upgraded and it’s better than where it was. There is still work that needs to be done to make it perfect, but for what it’s grown too I think they’ve done great. They’re also very good at responding to questions and issues. Normally within a day or two. Which is faster than most others. $BoS:AdaKor Update 2023: app has stopped working. Unable to withdraw funds. Stay away. Go with Grifin.

Can’t do anything in the app. Can’t withdraw, transactions aren’t updating from bank account since April. Can’t contact them via social media. Tried contacting via email and stated a response would be issued in 2 business days….that was 2 weeks ago. Worst customer service I’ve encountered by far!

I have used the app for almost a year, and it is a great concept. The only problem is that in order to actually get the stocks you have to open a brokerage account through the app. I have tried since day one to open one, I go through all the steps and at the very end I submit and it says something went wrong. I have contacted them and they say it is the brokerage that that is having the problem. Well it hasn’t been fixed in over 6 months. I tried again today and it is the same. Maybe get a new brokerage. Or allow us to connect our own.

This app used to be great until they decided to change brokers. Also, I have not been able to link my cards since November. Keeps showing “something went wrong”. And lastly, how do I cash out? Says to contact support to cash out, so I did and requested a check. Let’s see how that goes.

Cash out process involves emailing your banking information with routing number and account number sent in a plain text, unsecured email. This app should not be allowed on the App Store as it currently functions.

Nice idea, but credit cards don’t stay linked so you end up missing out on rewards for your purchases

Even the login process is flawed. Completely useless app.

They refuse to cash out. If you ask, they want you to put your full name, routing number and bank account number in an email because they don’t allow you do cash out in the app (which is shady and completely insecure) or completely ignore your emails. This whole thing is completely fake. Reviews must be fake too. Do not trust this app.

Emailed them on the 8th of October, still no response, it’s the 14th. Message them on their Facebook, it was read, no response. So I emailed them again today and all I said was “Great customer support 😂”. Don’t waste your time.
