Official mobile application for Montreal metropolitan area’s bike share system.
It allows users to purchase one-way passes and memberships and to rent a bike. A map of the stations shows, in real time, the number of bikes and docking points available at each station so you can plan your routes. Bixi connects with the Health app and sends ride durations so your pedaling counts towards your health goals. Access your personal space to learn more about your trips and usage statistics.

Works well on average, but here are some things that I feel are lacking:
- Unlocking bikes isn’t very reliable lately. I often have to try multiple bikes or even stations.
- When I unlock an extra bike, why are not both rides + price listed in the history?
- The X close button isn’t very reliable - I often have to quit the app instead.
- Where has the go-to-my-location button gone? I have to zoom to find myself on the map.
- Why can’t I put all my Rewards in the app directly, but only one at a time?
Ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien
J’ai galèré pendant 15 minutes et essayé de prendre tous le vélos de la station. Rien a faire. Fini par fonctionner et retourner velo, l’appli be voyait pas le velo retourné. horrible.
The app is driving me crazy
Its such shame that a huge company like this has a poor user experience!!!! Ive tried purchasing a pass with different devices, different cards, different hours of day and nothing works. I would use it in a million year if i wouldnt have to.
And the customer service is not helpful at all not when i was trying to sign up and not even when the bike had a problem.

Sceptical at first
