Works well on average, but here are some things that I feel are lacking: - Unlocking bikes isn’t very reliable lately. I often have to try multiple bikes or even stations. - When I unlock an extra bike, why are not both rides + price listed in the history? - The X close button isn’t very reliable - I often have to quit the app instead. - Where has the go-to-my-location button gone? I have to zoom to find myself on the map. - Why can’t I put all my Rewards in the app directly, but only one at a time?

J’ai galèré pendant 15 minutes et essayé de prendre tous le vélos de la station. Rien a faire. Fini par fonctionner et retourner velo, l’appli be voyait pas le velo retourné. horrible.

Its such shame that a huge company like this has a poor user experience!!!! Ive tried purchasing a pass with different devices, different cards, different hours of day and nothing works. I would use it in a million year if i wouldnt have to. And the customer service is not helpful at all not when i was trying to sign up and not even when the bike had a problem.
