I made a purchase back in December for season pass. Their servers crashed for a day, making me unable to claim the item i paid for. Contacted customer service, it’s been 2 months and they said they are “STILL REVIEWING THE CASE” with customer support. It’s been literally more than 2 months and they just keep postponing the case. You will not get any help with any purchase gone wrong, the support team is beyond useless. Game is fine if you don’t pay.
They fix bugs that happen very fast which is good
Pay to win for pvp AND pve, been stuck at the extreme floor challenges for a long time. Been stuck at lvl 99 for over a year, seems level 100 and the next story mode don't exist. Most servers are dead with a high% of inactive players. And after being on this game for 2 years now and throughout countless updates, I still always get connection time out error during pvp. Piece of junk coding. Just a cash cow for GREEdy. They never fix issues or balance game play, just keep opening new servers to con new players to spend money.

After 4 months playing this game. I have spend more than $3K (sgd), have bought UR more than 5 event characters, have all (battle arena) characters gears updated to the max But i will still lose to a player whose power is 10K lower than me in battle arena. The player have use little UR characters, did not spend effort in maximising the gears. But he did one thing : Maximising the war soul. I lose to him Just because of warsoul upgrade. This is pretty stupid because what is the use of making players spend on soul jades to upgrade gears and level, spirit relic, soul hall etc. It almost feel like a scam even got beaten by player whose power battle is 10k lower in battle arena because of maximised war soul. I mean come on bro, is your technical team lazy enough to calculate the battle outcome and battles are won Only on war soul? Maybe it is my bad for not understanding the nature of this game. But personally i felt, it is not worthy to spend a lot on this game for sure.
It is a good game but it is missing a “Claim all” on the main screen since there is A LOT of red dots to look. Also, could you add an Apple Login? That would be nice. Tks!
