BLUE App

This is a great app . Very helpful and informative.

If I could give it a zero I would. On starting the app a blue square appears in the middle of the screen and if you click on it you get the wait spinner that eventually comes back to the same small blue square. Impossible to get further.

This is an awful APP, full of bugs, rarely works

Booked into a TUI Blue in Sal, Cape Verde. Toledo download and use app to book restaurants and view menus etc. Wufe and I tried for over 70 minutes each on seperate phones, then again for 5( mins the next day. Lots of circles turning, never heard of hotel, attempts to sell me a booking etc. Got fed up and deleted app and password. Gave a 1/5, which is very generous. Don’t bother.

I do not understand the negative feedback about this app. We have found it easy to use and very informative. Does it same money? Really the hotel we stayed at and see the amount of staff working there, I don’t think it’s about saving money. No need for paper information. If you don’t want to use your phone goto reception every time you want information stay off your phone.

Like most others I find the App slow and unresponsive. Better than it was last year but a very long way to go to make a decent usual experience

I cannot add my booking This has happened before and is very frustrating Last time after spending hours and hours trying to sort it and get help . Everything failed and nobody could sort it Very poor

App is brill - Just need to be able to book the restaurants on it

There is a ton of information needed when going to a new resort. This App is exceptionally helpful.

As far as I can tell, this app only works on ipv4 and not ipv6. I could be wrong but that’s what it seems like. Any questions, please ask!
