Very nice interface and really works.. maybe a improvement is open the route to the another docker on google maps..

I bought the day pass and it said that it was only gonna be $10 but it didn’t clearly say that the E bikes didn’t come with a day pass. I then got a receipt saying I paid way more than I expected to pay and they said they weren’t gonna give me my money back.

Please please add something to the app to let us know when the people won’t be at Longwood to remove the bikes from the racks as we drop off, it’s such a waste of time to bike in when they aren’t there and then start the quest to find an open rack for the 100+ of us who usually drop off at Longwood

I made an account a couple years ago, haven’t used tile bikes in awhile, and just recently tried to take out a bike again. It wouldn’t let me log into the app. I tried to create a new account but it detected my old account already in the database. So now I’m in a catch 22 where I can’t log onto my account no matter what and I can’t make a new account with my already existing email. Had to pay physically with my card at the terminal (can only get e-bike through app tho)

I’m consistently disappointed with the app and above all customer service. I experience technical issues on a weekly cadence. Customer support provides no help whatsoever on whether they are going to fix the issues, what’s happening, and offers cheap fixes by way of a $5 coupon. These issues cause delays and are incredibly frustrating. They do not care about customers, never failing to make that clear. Fix the app. Probably less stress to walk.

This is THE WORST TRANSPORTATION SERVICE.

Downloaded this app when we got to Boston as we have used e-bikes during many of our travels. As soon as you open the app it says day pass for $10.62 which includes 120 minutes and free unlock . We went for the day pass as we knew the 2 hrs would be enough. Rode for 2 hrs and 3 minutes and came back to an additional charge of $32.67. Called the company to dispute and was told that the price is only good for classic bikes. No mention what qualifies as a classic bike. Found out it means not pedal assist which was all we could choose from at the site we were at. So our two hour bike ride (which was about 2.6 miles as we were sight seeing)ended costing us $88.00!!!!! Take a taxi instead. Way cheaper!

It would be awesome to see some metrics from the Bluebikes app synced with the Apple Health app under cycling distance.

Use the app frequently and do enjoy it, but super annoyed I can’t change notifications from Text messages to push notifications. Click on push notifications in the app, but it never changes. Please fix this, can’t imagine it’s too difficult

I'd wager 60% of my rides are broken or poorly maintained. Seats that slip and won't start at the same height. Shifters that grind and metal springs that pop out. Gears that grind at the pdel and rear wheel and are a struggle to pedal. Docking locks that don't work, both from the dock being broken and the bike being broken. And if you bring your bike to a dock and lovk it in place and it feels good and walk away? Better check your app, because it might not let you knowit didn't dock correctly for 3 hours.
