The app won’t log in. It loads forever then goes back to the login screen.

Trying to create an account.. but it won’t let me get pass the create password. It gives you a check list to have at least 8 characters, upper and lowercase letters, and at least one special character. All are marked green, I go to submit and then it gives me a warning saying the password but only contain letters and numbers. I take the special character away and I still can’t continue.

App keeps freezing up and then I have to close the app and re open it to do anything on there. Many sections won’t let me in, doesn’t do anything when I click on it.

The app works, I guess. It can be hard to find what you’re looking for. I wish it was more user friendly. I also get stuck on a loading screen for a while pretty often when I use it. I avoid it when I can use the other app my company offers for a lot of things, but only this app shows full breakdowns of my claims and my EOB.

Can log on to the website, but not to the app.

This app needs a serious makeover. Loads very slow no matter if you’re on WiFi or cellular data. Makes it very hard to do anything

I can’t even get into the app or signed in online to look at anything! It just constantly says loading!

It never remembers your username to login automatically.

This app is not loading when connected to WiFi. It’s struck in the blue screen.

you login you’re lucky ,you try to search for care and cost it won’t open. Insurance is so stressful enough then you got this app that won’t even help you.
