I just have to say how much I love and appreciate this app! Starting solids with my first baby was so overwhelming and I found this app when he was about 7.5 months old (he’s almost 9 months now). And I am so much more confident feeding him now and love all the meal ideas and recipes and suggestions for food preparations. I have recommended the app to all my mommy friends!

I’m so glad that I stumbled upon the instagram account randomly when first introducing solids to babe and then downloading the app for recipe inspiration and further information! We have a handful of favourites that we make regularly and many more bookmarked to try at some point 😅 the knowledge and the support the team has is amazing and I love that they are able to share their lives to help enrich others. Thank you thank you thank you for helping reduce stress for this sometimes stress ball and anxious mama!

I found starting solids with my first child to be a very stressful experience in the beginning but with resources and easy meal ideas on this app it became much more enjoyable and fun !

You’ll get what you are looking for your mini loved ones. Plenty of recipes, tips how to offer food and a calendar with meal prep. You can even find recipes for the whole family to enjoy! However, the application does not recognize your login information, nor your subscription. You’ll have to restore, every time you open the app, AND login afterwards. With the restore you can access content, but without login, you cannot access your preference, for example if you saved recipes you wanted to try. Lastly, the login isn’t recognize to be filled automatically on an Apple phone, you gotta go through the Passwords and create the user and password combo for BLW. So everytime you login, you’ll have to click and browse through your passwords. All of the above is really annoying considering how much money the app cost per year. This is precious mommy time that we are waisting here. Fix this by investing into what should be a 2024 app.

This app has been game changer for us while navigating solids with our twin boys. Teaching 2 little guys to eat has been intimidating to say the least, but having a resource has been so helpful. We have done a hybrid of purées/finger foods and having options on how to serve a variety of choices has been wonderful! It’s been easy to navigate and as we head into dropping bottles next month, I love the detailed section on how to navigate the changes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone on a food journey with a little one! ♥️

From how to introduce top allergens, to how to offer foods to start baby off… and then simply meal prep ideas for the week including how to store for longer term. Some of these meals have become staples in our house, and not just for our little one! Everyone always comments about what a “good” eater he is, and I attribute a huge chunk of that to this app and the recipes available! We probably haven’t even scratched the surface of the number of recipes available.

This app has helped me soooo much when my daughter started solids. They show you how to cut and prepare all foods and they have over 400 recipes to choose from. I also love the highlights section of the apps as they show different babies at each age (6 months, 7 months etc) what they eat as well as provide tips for numerous things! Can’t recommend enough!!

This really is an amazing app. I used to frantically flip through cookbooks at 5:30pm trying to figure out what healthy meal i could quickly make for dinner that my son would actually like. This app’s recipe database alone makes the subscription more than worth it. The search filter on this app gets used daily and the tips are comprehensive and very helpful. The meals seem to be very well nutritionally balanced with LOTS of high-iron options for vegan/vegetarian families. Something i’d love to see in a future update is the ability to customize a meal plan and add in your own recipes for each day of the week

I was trying many apps with meals ideas for babies and I found this was the most helpful. The variety of recipes, different meal plans and guides made my life easier. Plus their Instagram is a pure gold. Tons of knowledge can be found there. Following the BLW journey of Scarlett and Waverly easier my anxiety about my children weaning. Highly recommended!
