Login issue
I have an issue will signing the application for about 2 months from trying i still receive an error message (sorry you can’t login now please try again later) I removed the application and reinstalled it with no changes.

3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل يعني الفيزا بتاعتي دخلت المكنة مطلعتش من يوم الجمعة وكلمت خدمة العملاء امبارح قالي انه هيوقفهالي واروح اعمل بدل فاقد واروح انهاردة الموظفة تقولي تيجي تلغيها بعد ١٤ يوم عشان هي شخصية وتعملي واحدة تانية واطلع برا اتصل على خدمة العملاء يقولي اني اطلع بدل فاقد ولو عملوا حاجة اتصل من جوا الفرع ولما دخلت وقالتلي نفس الكلام اتصلت على خدمة العملاء وكلمته ويقوم يقولي المتاح عندك ف الفرع معرفش ايه؟!!!!!! حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم انا كل مرة هروح اربع خمس مرات بس عشان اطلع حتة فيزا وهي واقفة في المكنك كمان مش واقعة مني حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل تالت ودي اخر مرة تعامل معاكم

تطبيق يقرف ودايما واقع زيه زي system بنك مصر اللي دايما واقع وال atm اللي دايما عطلانه وفاضيه بصراحه بنك كل تعاملاته تقرف وتحرق الدم وكلها بايظه وعطلانه

Update 10/Dec/2024 I tried to enable Apple pay but I get an error saying : "Could Not Add Card Try again later or contact your card issuer for more information." ---------- Update 2/Nov/2024: Finally, now it supports login with Face ID 🎉 Old review: Overall the app is great. The problem is that it doesn't allow me to login using face id or using password managers. Each time I want to login I have to manually enter my username and password. My password is complex so it's a pain in the *** to login into my account. Also sessions expire very quickly which makes it even harder. Please add the ability to login using Face ID or at least allow to login using password managers like OnePassword or Bitwarden or others....
