I’ve dealt with many bank apps abroad and you can do some things like them: 1. Use phone authentication (face ID or fingerprint) instead of logging in manually every single time. Also require it when the app enter from the foreground status. 2. Elongate password change period, it’s not practical to keep changing them every 3 months. 3. Elongate the session itself. It makes an awful experience when you are checking some sections in app and a sudden popup says session expired. 4. Sending money should be much more simple. 5. Add section where you can see and copy paste: card number, card cvv, expiry date and PIN. 6. Make transactions clickable and have an explanation of it instead of some generic titles.

It’s very exhausting to log into this app. Considering FaceID technology has been available for 6 years now how does this application not have it. 5 steps forward, 10 steps backwards.

The worst customer service ever. I would not recommend using this bank.
