The app has made significant progress, but I’ve noticed that it tends to crash consistently when stacking filters. It would be great to see a fix for this issue. Additionally, streamlining some of the steps could enhance the overall user experience. The UI also feels a bit dated and could benefit from a more modern, simplified design. I truly believe there’s a great opportunity for improvement here, and I’m excited to see how the app evolves!
Unless you are 100% sure of the product you are purchasing and have no intention of returning it even if it does not meet your requirements, then go ahead and use this app. Have a very bad experience with a vendor. Slashed a good 47% off the price I paid. Seems there is an unwritten policy of hectic charges for returns. And that is after paying for the return.
It doesn’t let me log it in it just says check email to verify account n they don’t even send the email
Terrible support from these guys - their chat desk closes calls before issue resolved. Open support ticket, no response.
When I get to the payment screen I’m unable to fully enter my credit card info. The UI is offset and cannot be scrolled and interacted with at the same time!
Please fix this issue of the app wanting to track or send promos to Me. I’ve chosen not to have the app track or send me anything so I don’t need reminding every time I open the app
This app doesn’t work at all
The app has terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get a refund for three weeks now and have specifically been dealing with an agent named Thandi Tengani not only can she not get the job done but is extremely rude incompetent and will lie to your face. The app would’ve gotten a five star from me if the refund was properly handled and if I had not have to deal with Thandi. (I can’t stress enough how much she ruined the experience for me)
Impossible to view results on an iPad (no zooming in or out). I will uninstall it as quickly as I uploaded it and forget about Bob Shoo
The app doesn’t add to my watchlist reliably, show the closing date of “buy now” listings, or accurately filter or sort my lists
