Bob Shop – formerly bidorbuy

This has got to be the worst app for one of the greatest platforms out there. I cannot understand how such a strong platform can diminish their brand and standing with such a poor release. The app is missing some basic features or is making it really hard to find, for example looking at the bidding history. The app is incredibly slow, with lagging all over the place - even in menus or when clicking on actions. For example, it often happens that one clicks on the favourite button multiple times thinking its not responding, only to realise its added then removed then added then removed the item again. When its not slow it either becomes completely unresponsive to the point that nothing is clickable and the app needs to be restarted and the entire user journey started from scratch. Or it just bombs out and closes by itself. Huge disappointed since the bid or buy platform is great. Just not on app.

It would be great to have an indication on closed auction whether they sold or not. Maybe consider placing something that says: “sold to another member” or “did not sell” This would be helpful with item you are watching, and maybe watch again if they are relisted.

When I get to the payment screen I’m unable to fully enter my credit card info. The UI is offset and cannot be scrolled and interacted with at the same time!

Please fix this issue of the app wanting to track or send promos to Me. I’ve chosen not to have the app track or send me anything so I don’t need reminding every time I open the app

This app doesn’t work at all

The app has terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get a refund for three weeks now and have specifically been dealing with an agent named Thandi Tengani not only can she not get the job done but is extremely rude incompetent and will lie to your face. The app would’ve gotten a five star from me if the refund was properly handled and if I had not have to deal with Thandi. (I can’t stress enough how much she ruined the experience for me)

Impossible to view results on an iPad (no zooming in or out). I will uninstall it as quickly as I uploaded it and forget about Bob Shoo

The app doesn’t add to my watchlist reliably, show the closing date of “buy now” listings, or accurately filter or sort my lists

Please help as it is not possible to currently scroll through vendor items with the iPad app. If you click on a vendor, it seems like it is only able to show one page of items and then gets stuck. Even changing from block to list view does not help.

The app won’t even let me log in…it just says check email to verify account but no mail is sent.so frustrating.
