Ive waited for a long time. When is the next issuance so that i can register

Not able to cash in because account isnt verified but not able to have my account verified because its disabled

You do not get a respond within the day. Contact number cannot be reached. No clear instruction how to proceed. 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM market hours and still no update from them.

Always getting the message Error: Something went wrong when trying to complete account verification both on iphone and ipad

I wasn’t able to input my permanent address 😢

One way or another we can be forgiven to forget something including our PIN to this app; however this app has no system to independently retrieve your PIN other than go to customer services that will take forever to respond… not a good service in modern world where time is of essence in money matters.😭😭😭

Spent a week being rejected for several different reasons, considering i have 3 major banks (including unionbank) and 7 digibanks and never had any issue signing up. The customer service is as bad as i was told and i believe it now after the experience.

The cash in is not working even if I use their bank (Unionbank), and I tried various methods to cash in. I don’t know why this app passed the QA test. I just wasted my time trying multiple times. No use.
