I have been asking for a solution to my blocked account but nobody from your team is giving any support.

I wasn’t able to input my permanent address 😢

One way or another we can be forgiven to forget something including our PIN to this app; however this app has no system to independently retrieve your PIN other than go to customer services that will take forever to respond… not a good service in modern world where time is of essence in money matters.😭😭😭

Spent a week being rejected for several different reasons, considering i have 3 major banks (including unionbank) and 7 digibanks and never had any issue signing up. The customer service is as bad as i was told and i believe it now after the experience.

The cash in is not working even if I use their bank (Unionbank), and I tried various methods to cash in. I don’t know why this app passed the QA test. I just wasted my time trying multiple times. No use.

Keeps on messaging me that there are entries inconsistent…

It’s been months since I downloaded & installed. Been checking almost everyday, but signup is still unavailable. Update… Sign up now open but nothing happens when you click Submit in Account Verification.

Was approved overnight, cashed in real time, and invested in both RTB-24 and Premyo! Good job!
