Why can’t this be added to Apple wallet? Ridiculous these days to carry a tag unless you want one

I have been unable to use my bonus card even though I have had it for years have messaged Bon marche three times about this and have not had a single reply back I have had loads of stuff over the years but never again if this is how they treat people

What a terrible site , it won’t even recognize my email address, I get emails from them regularly and I have checked with them and the email address is correct, but nobody knows why this is happening.

Difficult to find the right area. Difficult to access bonus points to use them One of the worst designed websites I’ve ever used. Needs destroying & starting from scratch again. Deleting until you can come up with a functioning site.

Need facility to input into apple wallet to difficult to go via app to access card in store.

For some reason my app won’t scan at the tills in the shop so I’ve lost out on many bonuses. Very annoying

I don’t see what use this app is! I have a card and when I go in store to purchase anything the assistant tells me what bonus offers I have. It would be more useful to have access to digital receipts in the app like lots of other stores do.
