Have improved over the last eight

Pending transactions

The only thing that is problematic is the process time for a transaction. I wish pending transactions would clear quicker, other than that; this is a wonderful credit union.

Making payments

Making payments using an ACC outside of Telco is NOT USER FRIENDLY!!! Very, very frustrating and time consuming.

Don’t use!!!

Got scammed transferring 200$ from my cash app to telco. The money was stolen as I was transferring it. I disputed this transaction, got the 200$, and Telco said they contacted cash app and I had the money. So they took the 200$ back. I do not have the money. They made to be a liar. Never got the money. Chase would have given back in a second. This is the worst bank I have ever had.
