Mobile deposit disappears
Works well. However, I am not able to use the mobile deposit feature. It was on my app at one point and is now no longer there.

The best bank in Hammond Louisiana
Works when it wants
Half the time the app doesn’t work, it only works when it wants to even after updating it.
App needs improvement
I hate that I can’t see pending deposits like I can with my other bank. I also hate that telco doesn’t have Zelle. They need to upgrade asap

Mobile app has progressively gotten worse over the past 6 months. Horrible customer service as well.

The only thing that is problematic is the process time for a transaction. I wish pending transactions would clear quicker, other than that; this is a wonderful credit union.
