This app is good many ways but no security at all. To enter your account you just need username and password. If anyone know your account info you are done. Must have 2 factor authentication or device authentication or any other security features like other financial app do. I love to use this app but this security issue is my main concern. Please update your app.

The app works and has pretty nice features do maintain and use bank accounts with the app but it has a lot of UI UX flaws and not much user friendly. It would’ve been nice to see more clean UI with easy to use interface. Nevertheless it gets the jon done.

After IOS 18 update, it seems the app requires significant load time to function any service. In most of the cases the issue persists with continuous loading resulting non-functionability.

Can you please add DESCO prepaid payment option?

BRAC bank is a great bank and its app should be of that much smart . I am sure bank is keen to upgrade the functionalities of the App .

I’m only rating this app one star because of how annoying it is to login every time the app freezes. And it freezes A Lot. To save my login info I have manually close the app via the closing icon and then tap the prompt to close it. Whyyyy? Just let me swipe up!!!! Why do I have to register my Face ID every time because it froze on me? Even the OTP feature doesn’t work properly. Like normal apps where you just tap the code on top of your keyboard and the OTP is filled, this app doesn’t let you do that. Why do I have to manually type in OTP? Fix the user experience. Please! This app is so annoying to use!!!
