email OTP option
Previously OTP authorization has two options and now email option is gone and people like me are not happy at all with this. I can’t not do anything when I’m outside of the country so No I’m not happy at all anymore.

Excellent service
Great app - ahead of others
I am really happy with the app. I used a couple of other Bangladeshi bank app. This one is much more mature. But with that said this need further improvement. There should be a setting options on how the user would like to receive notification. I get irritated receiving email for every login and may be improved I understand security is utmost important but there are better ways to improve the effective notification. Hope the developers will get some feed back from international banking app.
Balance Preview
when i open app it’s shows my current balance which is occurred in some situation . It can be masked as bkash balance preview
Super Nice App
Makes life so easy with the user-friendly UX and easy to access services.
OTP doesn’t fill automatically
Everything is fine except OTP doesn’t fill automatically. I have to put it manually by typing. That’s not convenient. Fix it and I will change my review and rating to 5 stars.
Add NFC Payment System
Add NFC payment system on your app or create a new app for NFC payment system, because apple wallet is not supported ours region that’s we can’t add our card for payment system.
OTP issue
The app is really useful. I am using it for a long time. The problem i face while transaction, it asks for OTP code, but it takes too much time to send the otp to my phone no, maximum time it doesn’t send the otp, it’s really annoying and major issue.
Card pin while transferring is better than otp
OTP is time consuming. Using card pin just loke previous version for low value like 10k bdt would be great.
Worst Banking App
Worst banking app I've ever used. OTP never arrived. If you use the app for one day, you will find hundreds of bugs, if not thousands.
