Além dos Sons serem muito agradáveis, o resultado é Notório. Sou médico e tenho dificuldade para dormir muito frequentemente. Além de me ajudar a melhorar meu sono, recomendei para vários pacientes ! Eu que não gostava de fones agora carrego até nas viagens. Muito Obrigado, Dr Aluisio Zacura.

My therapist recommended this app to my daughter suffering from severe anxiety. It helped me get through a dental surgery that I was terrified to have done. It was an amazing relaxing technique for sure!

This app was recommended from my psychiatrist and I’ve been using it for over a year now, it’s been a life saver! Always calms my mind and I’m able to get a full nights sleep.

I have downloaded a ton of trial or free binaural and isochronic apps, just hoping to find one worth buying, but this one (hope they do not downgrade it now lol), has enough features for me that I would have been willing to pay for it. PEOPLE, DOWNLOAD THIS! I have downloaded a whole lot of apps over the years, and have only reviewed about five, so I'm not a paid reviewer; just someone who has spent hours on YouTube and who has downloaded so many worthless crappy "free" apps that promise half of what this one does, only to drive you insane with ads and give you nothing unless you "try" to try out a feature, only to get taken to the App Store to purchase a subscription or pay for the upgrade! Apple should start monitoring the store better!!! I love that I can put on several sounds at once and then control the volume of each one separately (and set a timer). I like the "Ocean," "Thunder," and light "Rain," sounds all together. I sleep like a log. Love the isochronic tones also. I like binaural beats too but it's hard to go to sleep with headphones on, so this is GREAT. To the developer(s): You are a coding genius and you did a superb job with the UI and layout. I greatly appreciate it. I'm going to buy the upgrade in a couple days just to support your work on the free trial...and I'll still be the winner.

first saw this referenced in a Doctor oz show a couple of years ago and I have used it many times since. it is a God sent when I can concentrate and meditate.

I downloaded this on an IPad Air & it works fine without the need for Wifi which is a big plus. Also, the fact that it doesn't require headphones is a HUGE benefit as I've been downloading these types of Apps for over a year & most require headphones I don't get to use them much as I like to be able to multitask if possible(this App also allows me to close the screen & use other Apps-Another huge plus). I will definitely come back to update my current 4star review based on the features above & I will definitely BUY the $1.99 version which offers many more sessions I could use-but First I need to experience some results from this App. I like that it doesn't take up enormous space as well as some of these Apps do for offline use. Here is why I cannot give it 5full stars yet-I've tried it 3times now & based on the titles of the sessions such as "15 minute coffee break" & similar for quick stress & tension or anxiety relief as well as right now I am playing the session for a boost of motivation which is titled for workouts & has an after workout recovery session as well-but I am just hoping for some positive motivation & good energy to get out of this funk which has left me being unproductive & feeling like I've lost time when hours have passed in the day & I have so much to do but due to my own medical & personal issues-it seems like I get up-I have Great ideas for reducing clutter & organizing my stuff which is mostly still in crates & piles from moving a few months ago. I have the entire day usually & have laundry in need of folding & putting away & washing & I need a shower & have been in desperate need of a pedicure & manicure & some beauty rituals to look better-feel better-increase my self esteem-I even bought a bunch of new at home gel manicure items in nice colors & designs & new pedicure pampering items as well as facials & hair products. I've downloaded tons of Apps for overcoming procrastination & depression & pain & feeling healthy lucky & abundant as well as positive audio affirmations which I used for a while before moving to get out of a rock bottom depression & it Worked but somehow I stopped& it's been hard to get back on track(even gratitude journaling-getting nice new journals & colored gel pens& markers as well as doodling art books for Ripple Art & abstract & geometric & paisley patterns & fun things like butterflies, flowers & fairies-All creative outlets which when I spend time coloring & creating my own designs-doodling & rippling

I have to say that with the limited choices of the free version, I'm very pleased with it. Quick stress relief session is very helpful since I get stressed easily and the workout performance session is great for both workouts and working in general since it boots motivation. I hope to download the full version soon to experience more
