I’ve been in the wellness and health game for more than half my life and was introduced to breathwork in 2018. One challenge I’ve had is having a tool that was easy to use and to keep track of how I show up for myself consistently; Enter Breathonics. This app is incredible. It’s user friendly, easy to follow, and highly effective. The natural progression of the stages are a nice touch, and the compound breathing exercises are awesome! The exercises are a great way for both starting your day upon waking up as well as ending your day and getting to bed. I highly recommend this app to everyone wanting to connect with intentional breathing, especially for those needing support with building, starting, and maintaining a routine.
