I’ve been practicing breath work for years. This is the real thing. I am beyond happy for purchasing this app the $90 a year is cheap compared to classes or cost me $100 a month. Well worth your money spent. Beyond transformational. Thank you for putting this app together. Total gratitude.

I love the state change sessions. They’re so useful for getting out of patterns during the day. As someone who routinely finds myself forgetting to breathe deeply this app is incredibly helpful in bringing more awareness to my breath and attuning to what’s happening in my inner world.

I have had the pleasure of doing a class with Iona and knowing her for a number of years. The whole thing was a revelation. I was NOT interested in breathwork but only tried to be loyal to my friend. She is amazing. I have continued the work in the class using this app and it's just as powerful.
