I have always problems on their remittances including MoneyGram,Cash pick up , western union& bank transfer.It’s always give me headaches for refunds,slow service and very inconvenience.They have always low rates but high charges fees on remittances.If you a problem it will take not just a week ,months for refunds.You need a high speed of internet to access your account and transaction are always failed.Bank transfer takes longer to receive and delayed.I hope they will improve they their system and offer service.

Can you make it like in iPhone your video selfie? Like the face ID. It is easy to trace your face. I hate the move closer thing. It’s not useful, it will give you a headache. I hate your service!!!!

Frequently has errors
Brightwell would not let me add a bank and has locked me out of money transferring. I cannot transfer money to pay my dues and now I am way past my due dates. This has caused me to have penalties. In this time of pandemic, it makes me upset that instead of avoiding additional fees, I now have to pay interests just because of a system malfunction that they can’t fix for more than a week now. I asked other people and they said they are not encountering these problems. I send support tickets but the problems have not been resolved.

do not download this app...they can easily access your account and edit some transactions to get money from your account...ive been using brightwell through browser for many years without issues but when using this app, my money was gone..so beware..
