I have been struggling to log on the app for a couple of months now, after I accept it just keeps loading and then gives me an error.

Every time I try to login to view statements and make payments! What a useless app! If I could give this app zero stars I would.

Convenient for when I want to pay.

The app payment system is problematic and needs to be addressed. My app payment only went through on the 3rd try.

App needs alot work: 1. Picture load time 2. Navigation not always working 3. App needs to be made more mobile responsive.

The app jams and crushes all the damn time, it is so useless having this app and I think builders needs to get an IT agents that actually knows what they are doing and figure a way to get the app to work without disturbances.
