Can’t login or set up an account, this should be a basic item for the app

This app is great for using some parts of buildertrend on the move. We use it extensively to raise ToDo’s which we use to place orders with our office and to upload photos

You can’t. It’s impossible. Where do you log into an account?? Would love to know, surely that would be the first thing to make easy. Haven’t even been able to open it

I am integrating the whole package into our construction company in the UK. Getting our staff on board and contractors has been the hardest part. The cost of the time in training is substantial. I think the cost of the programme is ok. The software will do most things and is extensive. My clients love it. I have taken the view that it will take 2 years to get to the end goal and a lot of money. However it gives me full oversite of our projects, staff, documents and finance. I can recommend it if you are willing to play the long game and have numerous projects on the go. The integration with our accounts package really scares me.
