Bunpo: Learn Japanese

I've bought the Bunpo Premium subscription for a year at once, and I'm dissapointed with its capabilities and with some of the app functionality: - The "say to microphone" function doesn't work at all - The premium "phone calls" work very bad: sometimes the bot doesn't hear what I say, sometimes the call can be interrupted in the middle of a conversation. It doesn't have any assesments about how I spoke, if there were some mistakes, etc. - AI tutor is almost useless, because it's too bad for an AI itself, if comparing it with OpenAI ChatGPT or Anthropic Claude, even without any special prompts. - Speak & Translate: the same problem as with the previous function. Google Translate or ChatGPT's voice function is more suitable for it. I have the last Bunpo version 2.21.2 and my smartphone is iPhone 16 Pro Max. I wrote my claims in the email which was sent to the Bunpo "Contact Us" email with the request to make a moneyback, but still have no answer from them.

In the latest update devs changed the color scheme and closed lessons that were available earlier. I was going to buy full access for flash cards before that, but now after such a sucker punch I think I’ll buy another app.

Thank you so much for this app! I really love that you can use it free and there isn’t any annoying advertisements like in other apps. It’s easy to use and memorize hiragana and katakana and other words too. Thanks again!! Ребята, всем рекомендую.
