I bought the monthly subscription without the annual plan and apparently even then you can’t access all of the materials on the app. It’s just ridiculous, I was planning on buying monthly but I won’t be paying for this app again.

Paid for subscription but cant use it
I paid for pro but when i wanted to login to my old account the pro features were gone so i logged out but they were still gone. Is there a solution to this?
can’t even complete the hiragana chart without paying
only the first four lessons from the first topic are covered for free, ridiculous
has potential but lot of simple flaws
