Travel was okay but i had some personal horrible experience with the staff and services. Firstly, when the bus stopped for lunch - my younger kid was sleeping and the staff to save fuel switched off the AC ( I am a frequent traveller but none of the travels do the same and staff should be aware of people sleeping) Secondly, playing too loud audio and repetitive audio - (the bus will halt for 20 min for dinner break), which is insane. Third, with kid and luggage i was supposed to get down at JNTU , i have been constantly asking the bus pilot from bhel stop, he was saying its yet to come, when reached i requested to STOP , then the cleaner started stating there is no stop here, which is annoying. I was let down at Kukatpally which is almost 3 km away from my desired stop, great to have basic sense which is missing,when there is no stop as requested the same should be conveyed to me, i would have got down at ahead (Nizampet x Roads), the cleaner boy( with beard) was so arrogant. The management should emphasise on customer service and train employee to have basic customer serving skills which is absolutely missing, i will strongly recommend family and friends to be aware with you guys( If possible not to travel with you guys).

Booked for a luxuary Bus with Wash room and ended up in old Bad bus with no charging point on my seat. Changing picking point by after booked the initial ticket and not compensating is very unfrofessional. Not a happy customer.

I travelled with two kids and with my mother who is above 50 years for the luggage transfer into the pickup van helpers are not ready to help and in the drop locations also no one are there ,very bad experience

My bus timing is 11.10, driver came at 10.45 and created urgent situationsDriver denied to pick my wife in thela bus stop, by telling improper reasons driver took off the bus without picking my wife she ran all the way because of the urgency he created and she got injured. Very poor service from the driver and intercity customer care

I travelled multiple times in intrcity. The buses are never on time. Staff doesn’t care about the customers. Worst service. I do not recommend using intrcity. I am not even willing to give 1 star. Waste of money.

3 hours delay it’s not acceptable even there is no traffic. Dropping time should be changed in your app. I would recommend this bus if you like to travel 10 hours from Chennai to Madurai. Otherwise it’s not suitable. Avg speed is 50km/h

This was my first and last journey with the intercity bus service. First of the bus left for the destination city with the delay of about 2 hours. I was promised that the bus will have washroom but it was not there. Secondly the light in the compartment was not working and when asked about the wifi password, the staff told that the wifi is for bus’ GPS purpose only. We were just provided with a water bottle and that was all the amnesties that they offered. I am not going to travel with this bus service ever again in my life.
